Penny’s dry technique trumps any sports massage that I’ve had to date, and I’ve been a frequent experimenter with different massage styles and massage therapists for over ten years. While her work is ‘deep-tissue’, it’s truly much more of a muscle re-orientation. Expect to feel therapeutically more in-tune. Go to Penny if you need intense relief and/or regularly want your body to be kept in proper working order. You will feel like a younger, fitter *you* when you walk out of the door.
